Shipping

The products are shipped by courier from Geniki Taxydromiki or DHL and are delivered safely to the address you specify within 1-5 working days from the day of payment of the order, and concern the immediately available products.The products that have the indication upon order are delivered within 5-30 days depending on their existence and availability. Due to summer holidays, the orders of the month of August with the indication on request will start to be delivered from September with priority order.

The kosmimatamoisidis.gr does not recognize the existence of any responsibility in case of delay in delivery due to extreme weather events, strikes and force majeure, so the above delivery deadline will be extended for as long as the reason for the delay lasts.

The shipping charge is calculated and suggested in the order form. The products are always accompanied by the corresponding documents (retail receipt).

Orders within Greece do not charge the customer with transportation costs.

Cyprus:

Shipping with General Postal, 1-5 working days shipping cost 75€ regardless of the amount.

COUNTRIES WITHIN THE EU

Shipping cost 75€ regardless of the amount.

Please note that for these countries (outside the EU) which are subject to duties and taxes, these charges are paid by the recipient of the package and the kosmimatamoisidis.gr is not responsible for any additional charge from the customs authorities of the respective country.

In addition, for orders within Greece there is the option to receive your order from the Moisidis Jewellery Company at 50 Venizelou Street Thessaloniki.
